The Dolby Atmos Workflow —

The Whole Process, In Order

September 16 · 7PM CET · Live via Zoom.

All six stages of an Atmos project, from empty session to delivered master.

Can't make it live? Register anyway and I'll send you the replay.

Most Atmos training answers the question how do I do X. The question I get asked most often is a different one: what comes first. In this free session I'll walk through the complete workflow on a real project — every stage in sequence, with the decisions that happen at each one.

What's covered:

  • Setup — what the room has to do before you decide what goes in it

  • Build — session architecture, and the decisions a template hides from you

  • Mix — placement, movement, and when to leave things still

  • Translate — the binaural render, and why checking it last costs you a remix

  • Master — what a multichannel program tolerates

  • QC + Deliver — what gets verified before it leaves your studio

About 45 minutes, then questions for as long as they keep coming.

Who's teaching:

I'm Eric Horstmann — 14 years in immersive audio and 1,400+ commercial Dolby Atmos mixes for artists including Sevdaliza, Robin Schulz, Moderat and Dubfire.

Who it's for:

Producers and engineers who mix in stereo today and want a real, professional path into Atmos.
