2. Subject Matter The Spatial Audio Academy is a digital online course providing professional training in Dolby Atmos music production, operated at spatialaudio-academy.com.

3. Prices All prices are stated in Euros and include applicable VAT. Early Bird: €350. Standard: €450. Advanced: €700. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Accepted payment methods include credit card and Klarna, processed securely via Stripe.

5. Course Access Early Bird students receive lifetime access to all purchased course content including future updates. Standard tier students receive 6 months of full access from the date of purchase.

6. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires for digital content once the consumer has expressly agreed that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By completing your purchase you confirm this agreement.

7. Intellectual Property All course content — including videos, texts, and materials — is the intellectual property of Immersive Lab UG and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Liability Immersive Lab UG is not liable for technical disruptions outside its control. We reserve the right to update course content to reflect industry developments.

9. Applicable Law These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
