Article 3: Subject Matter The Spatial Audio Academy is a digital online course providing professional training in Dolby Atmos music production. All content is delivered digitally via the course platform at spatialaudio-academy.com.

Article 4: Prices All prices are stated in Euros and include applicable VAT (gross prices). The Early Bird price is €350. The Standard price is €450. The Advanced tier price is €700. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 5: Payment Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Accepted payment methods include credit card and Klarna, processed securely via Stripe.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content In accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires for digital content not delivered on a physical medium once the consumer has expressly agreed that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By completing your purchase and checking the agreement checkbox on the order page, you confirm this agreement and waive your right of withdrawal.

Article 7: Course Access Early Bird students receive lifetime access to all purchased course content including future updates. Standard tier students receive 6 months of full access from the date of purchase.

Article 8: Intellectual Property All course content — including videos, texts, and materials — is the intellectual property of Immersive Lab UG and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

Article 9: Applicable Law These conditions are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
